Can I install system 22 ?
Yes you can. You can buy System 22 direct and carry out your own installation and training. We will even give you thirty days of telephone support to help you get started.
What do I need to run it ?
Download the System 22 Outline document and this will tell you what is required to install System 22.
How many users does it allow ?
The Compact Edition is a single user version. The Business edition allows for up to ten users, while the Corporate Edition allows for an unlimited number of users. When MiKroaid do the installation you will get the Corporate edition.
How long is the training time ?
This depends on how many staff need to be trained. As a guide, for an average sized operation we can usually complete the training within a ten day period.
What is your lead time ?
This is subject to any existing committments we may have and what amendments if any are needed. As a rule we can normally carry out an installation with only four weeks notice.
How much will it cost me ?
The final price is subject to many things. How many amendments you need, how many staff are to be trained, what expenses we may incur based on your location and what level of software support you require. Give us a call and we may be able to give you an indication.
What if something goes wrong ?
Any software errors thar are discovered during the training period will be corrected while we are on site. Should any further errors develop after that then these will be corrected free of charge within 24 hours of being logged.
What about new releases ?
If you have a valid support contract you will receive all new releases of System 22 free of charge.
Can you link to other systems ?
Yes. We can write interfaces that will pass data between System 22 and other systems that you may have.
What about support ?
We offer a range of support contracts that provide telephone access to our support desk. Have a look at our support page. 
MiKroaid are always looking for ways to improve. many warehouse management systems become dated, but System 22 is continually enhanced to ensure customers are always using the latest and most current version. Having a standard layout on all windows and detailed help screens, reduces the leaarning curve for new users which in turn reduces the cost of training to our customers.
