Development's for this year
Web site access
We are developing a web site interface to System 22 that will allow our clients to offer direct system access to their customer. It will allow them to view and report on stock levels, add and edit their own sales orders and identify the status of existing orders. We are also including a POD option for delivery drivers and allow customers to download POD information and invoices.
Enhanced RDT module
The current RDT module with System 22 requires the use of Tablet PC's operating under Windows XP or similar platform. We will be developing new .NET modules this year that will operate under Windows CE and Windows mobile, greatly increasing the range of terminals that can be used.
Employee performance
We are adding performance measurement routines to the system, which will use the data captured by the radio data terminals to identify the performance of warehouse staff. This will provide individual performance, shift performance and overall company performance.

Having a standard layout on all windows and detailed help screens, reduces the leaarning curve for new users which in turn reduces the cost of training to our customers.
