Support contracts to support your warehouse software system and business
MiKroaid take great care to ensure our software is error free when released. The software goes through a rigorous testing phase as do all customer amendments.
 
If however, an error does get through the net. System 22 has its own error logging system which will immediatly E-Mail MiKroaid details of the error.

All software errors that are reported to MiKroaid by either the customer or the built in error logging system are fixed ASAP.
 
These software errors are fixed by MiKroaid at no cost to the customer and this applies to all customers, even those that do not have a software support contract in force.

Support contracts give you telephone access to our support staff. You may wish to report a software problem or request advice and guidance on training or some other matter. Whatever the reason for your call we will be happy to hear from you.
 
Support contracts allow you to receive free system upgrades twice a year, so your system is always up to date. We will fix our charges for the period of your contract so there will be no unexpected price rises for our services while the contract is valid.
Support contracts provide you with telephone access to MiKroaid. The periods that the contract covers is dependant on your business operating hours. We have a range of support contracts that will provide cover for standard office hours Monday to Friday, all the way through to 24 hour support seven days a week.
 
Support contracts are for a minimum of one year and we offer discounted support contracts for those customers that sign up for a three or five year period.
Using a wide range of radio data terminals our warehouse software system can provide you with a cost effective wireless warehouse solution.
