MiKroaid normally conduct the installation and staff training and we continue to do this when required by customers. However, companies that do not wish to incur these additional costs are free to install the software themselves and undertake their own staff training programme.
Companies that do not wish to purchase products on line may order from MiKroaid using a company purchase order. Please contact MiKroaid sales office so we can set up a customer account. MiKroaid standard terms & conditions will apply and are available on request.
Delivery Details
Software is supplied on CD and will be sent to you within three days of your order being confirmed. The software will be sent via recorded delivery.
The CD will include the applications installation routine, a getting started document, a manual for the report writer and the software licence agreement.
Depending on the product ordered you will get at least seven days free telephone support, thirty days if you order the promotional pack. You also get free lifetime E-Mail support.
Systems installed by MiKroaid will be delivered at the time of installation by MiKroaid installation staff.

All pricers listed above are subject to Vat at the standard rate. For on line orders, products will not be despatched until your payment has been received and confirmed.
For customers ordering by purchase order, MiKroaid terms and conditions will apply and payment is expected within thirty days of the invoice date. To order by purchase order, you must contact MiKroaid to create a customer account record first.
Once the software has been installed you will have thirty days to enter the system activation codes before the software will stop working.
The activation codes are supplied by MiKroaid and your getting started document will explain how to obtain and enter these codes.
If in doubt contact MiKroaid and we will discuss these details with you. For systems installed by MiKroaid staff, activation codes will be entered at the time of installation
You may install the software on as many terminals as you like , but the number of cocurrent log ins will be controlled by your licence agreement.

System 22 has been thoroughly tested prior to release and we hope that it is now error free. However, there may be some minor errors still present which were not detected during our testing phase. System 22 includes an error reporting system that will E-mail MiKroaid direct when any errors are identified.
When and if we receive these E-mails we will correct the error and issue you with a new version within 48 hours of receiving the error E-mail.
No matter which customer first raised the error, all System 22 users will be issued with a new version.

Installation of our software is quite straight forward and the software includes full installation instructions and a guide on how to set up and configure your system. On line orders are not despatched until your on line payment has been confirmed.
Once the software installation is complete you will need to begin staff training. The time needed to cover all staff training will depend on how much of the system you intend to use and the number of staff to be trained. As a rough guide, staff training would normally be around ten days, plus an additional three days to set up your company master files.
MiKroaid will install the software for you and we will also conduct staff training on site if required. If you require this service then please contact us and we will provide you with installation and staff traing costs for your consideration. If you wish to carry out the installation yourself and conduct your own staff training, then we provide suficient documents and guidance to cover this. System 22 has very detailed help screens and you will have some telephone support and lifetime e-mail support.
