Window Designs
We have paid a lot of attention to how the windows within System 22 look to the user. System 22 gets its name from the main menu having 22 options on it.
We wanted a menu system that was easy to follow and we wanted our windows to be multi tasking. We did not want to use the drop down menu's which can be difficult to navigate, we wanted something simple and functional.
The windows in System 22 are multi tasking. From the supplier purchase order window you can raise and edit purchase orders, receive deliveries and confirm these to stock. You can also print a selection of reports directly from this one single window.
Screen Designs
All of the screens within System 22's windows have the same style and look. The controls are all in the same place and the layout is consistent.
Where necessary we have colour coded certain elements to make navigation and reading easier for the user. All screens include routines that allow you to search for data and to add new data from whatever screen you are currently working on.
We took great care to make sure all of our screens where consistant, informative and fuctional to minimise the learning and to make actual opertion of the system far easier for the users.
